Pingzhen Land Office
Land Affairs Office of Pingzhen District, Taoyuan manage the Pingzhen's land administration affairs. There are four departments in our office. We have 85 employees who offer the best service to the citizens. The four departments include Land Registration Section , Land Survey Section , Land Valuation Section , Information Management Section.
Land Registration Section: Register and examine lands, make cadastral table statistics, list land rights, manage cadastral storage, etc.
Land Survey Section: The affairs includes checking and resurveying lands, examining then giving copies of buildings' plane chart and cadastre, resurveyed application system, arranging and changing non-city's lands, general affairs and managing computer equipments, etc.
Land Valuation Section: The affairs includes checking and estimating land value, making land bulletining present value table, land value change, edit and statistics of land value data, land value system, assignments of research, development and examining, etc.
Information Management Section: The affairs includes integrated information system of land administration, maintaining and managing the computer room and hardware instruments, statistics of cadastral management table.
Director office: General in charge of all office affairs.
Secretariat office: Assisting the director in general office affairs.
Accounting Office: Deal with accounting and statistics by law.
Personnel Office: Deal with personnel management by law.

Driving diagram Description:
(1) If you take the train, get off at Chungli Train Station and take the shuttle from Hsinchu Passenger (from
Chungli to Kansai) to the first pharmacy stop for about 5 minutes.
(2) If you are traveling from Zhongshan Expressway, proceed from Shinjuku Exchange Road to Chungli
Railway Station, go to National Road and Central South intersection, turn right onto Central Road, and follow
the underground road. Please pay attention to the right side of the building , That is, where the firm (B & Q
special house opposite the town shop).
(3) If you are traveling east-west expressway, proceed from Chung Fong Road Cross Road, proceed to Chungli
Road and proceed to Chung Fung Road and Central Link. Turn left onto Central Road. Please note that the
left side of the building, Where (B & Q).
(4) If you travel to the provincial highway (Taiwan Provincial Highway 1), turn left to Central Road, go straight
down the underground road, please note that the right side of the building, that is, where the B & ).
